Order Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your artwork purchase we are happy to assist you with a return within 14 days. Return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the artwork received is damaged or incorrect. If that is the case please contact me at 770-329-1711 or email at admin@shanonschneiderfineart.com and I will provide you with a return shipping label to expedite your return.
Please return any artwork via UPS standard delivery with your original email receipt and packaging to:

Order Cancellations
We will accept cancellations on any order of artwork that has not been processed or shipped. Please call me at 770-329-1711 or email me at admin@shanonschneiderfineart.com if you wish to cancel an order. We will issue a full refund to you in the original form of payment for all order cancellations.
If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will issue a full refund to you in the original form of payment. We will contact you via email or phone if your order can not be processed.
